The refund policy should be generous to genuine customers but clear that MindBridge is not intended as a free one-time bulk archive conversion service followed by a refund.

Use Free Preview to let customers confirm the app opens, previews, or reports on their file before paying. This reduces bad purchases and refund friction.
MindBridge may decline refunds after successful large-volume recovery/export activity, obvious policy abuse, repeated refund cycles, or commercial/batch migration activity purchased as a personal licence.
Refund review should use licence status, support history, activation count, product version, and privacy-safe recovery/export counters where available. Do not inspect private file content unless the customer voluntarily sends it for support.
Consultants, teams, and archive holders doing bulk recovery should use Pro/Team terms. Professional migration help, custom format investigation, or bulk export work may use separate terms and refund rules.
Before refusing a refund, support should try to help: check format status, app version, recovery report, and whether the file is a roadmap format rather than a live supported import.
