MindBridge legal copy
Terms of Use Draft
Last reviewed: 2026-05-06. This is draft launch copy for commercial review and is not legal advice.
Important position
MindBridge is an independent recovery and interoperability tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the makers of other mind-mapping applications unless explicitly stated.
Who you are buying from
MindBridge is sold and operated by High Caliber Trading Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 13118124), registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Purchases are completed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Support and contract enquiries: support@highcalibertrading.co.uk.
Use of the app
MindBridge is provided to help customers open, preview, recover, edit, and export supported mind-map, outline, markdown, and text files. Customers should keep backups of important files and use recovered copies rather than overwriting originals.
Original files remain the source
MindBridge should treat original legacy files as read-first inputs. Any edits should be saved to a .bridge file, export, or separate recovered copy unless a future feature clearly explains otherwise and asks for confirmation.
Supported vs roadmap formats
Only formats clearly marked as live imports should be treated as supported in the current build. Roadmap formats are formats MindBridge may target, research, or invite samples for; they are not guaranteed until parser support and tests exist.
No guarantee of perfect recovery
Legacy formats vary by application version, corruption, embedded resources, and undocumented behaviour. MindBridge should report recovery limitations honestly and may recover partial structure where full fidelity is not possible.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for having rights to open, recover, and export their own files, for keeping backup copies, and for checking recovered content before relying on it in professional or legal contexts.
Pre-launch solicitor review
Final terms should be reviewed by a solicitor/commercial lawyer before accepting payment or distributing public builds.
