High Caliber Applications — store legal
Affiliate Terms
Last updated: 22 July 2026. These terms apply to anyone promoting apps from the High Caliber Applications store as an affiliate.
Honest promotion only
Our affiliate programme rewards honest, useful referrals across the High Caliber Applications catalogue. It does not reward overclaiming, misleading compatibility claims, fake urgency, or refund-gaming. Joining the programme means agreeing to these terms.
How to describe our apps
Describe each app by what its own product page says it does — the formats it reads, what it exports, and its honest limits. Every product page states these plainly; keep your wording within them. Do not overstate capabilities, and always make clear that recovery results are condition-dependent.
Prohibited claims
You must not claim guaranteed recovery; endorsement by, affiliation with, or sponsorship from any other software vendor; legal or forensic certainty; or that a roadmap or "coming soon" feature is already available.
Commission and refund hold
We hold affiliate payouts until the refund window has passed, reverse commission on any refunded purchase, and review suspicious self-referral or repeated-refund activity. Commission terms are set out in the affiliate platform when you join.
Disclosure
You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and prominently, in line with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules — in the UK, this means following CMA and ASA guidance on marking advertising and paid endorsements.
Brand and trademark use
Use our approved wording and our own brand names. Do not use third-party logos, icons, or product names as if they were sponsors of our apps; third-party format and product names may be used only descriptively, to state compatibility.
Removal rights
We reserve the right to remove any partner who misleads customers, spams, abuses refunds, or damages trust in our recovery and privacy commitments.
